I was on few other servers before this one where you would still get the XP/beef if voting when you weren't logged onto the server. Why isn't that a thing here?
I would personally vote regularly even if I didn't have time to play, if I knew you would still get rewarded the XP and such.
Just a thought

It used to work here. Sometimes you still get the xp. But the beef you do need to be online for.
But when we went from Vanilla to Spigot the system broke. We are still working out all the kinks and hopefully it will in time be corrected.
